It’s my birthday today…

It’s my birthday today - and the thing that’s been coming to me for the past weeks is to make this wish of you;

I desire that all those who read this, will throughout your day offer one act of random kindness…

Be it to a human, animal or nature

Some ideas 

-offer your mother friend to baby sit for an hour
-call an old friend 
-donate to an institute 
-cook a meal for a friend going through a break up 
-pick up some rubbish from nature 
-put a bird bath in your front yard 
-help your friend unpack their boxes 
-sit and talk to a homeless person 
Etc etc etc 

Birthdays have always been explosively exciting for me, the pouring into me of love is so yummy and addictive.

And while I don’t deny love receiving - I feel my life is so full of love that it would bring me immense pleasure to know it is being passed on to others
